Developer philosophy
These apps begin with problems Marcelo meets personally, then are refined through UX research, day-to-day testing, and feedback from people close enough to be honest.
The starting point is not a trend deck. Marcelo builds for problems he actually faces, so the first tester is the person carrying the consequence.
Once the rough solution works, the interface is studied, simplified and tested with friends and real users until the product feels obvious.

Platform roadmap
